I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. He inspected the yard, trees, landscaping, patio grills etc. and even my garage. He even moved bags of mulch where the snake had gone under. Thankfully the snake was gone.
