These guys are professional and friendly. They listen to you and figure out the best plan to remove the wildlife (for us it was raccoons) and then they make a prevention plan so once removed more wildlife doesn’t come back. Very fair prices. Great response times. Careful of your home and property. They efficiently inspected our home for places rodents could get in or have gotten in, setup shop to remove the raccoons and then did a professional job sealing what needed sealing on the house for wildlife prevention. I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. Look I called another company for birds in my soffit and they sent the "CRITTER" folks out and dude aka THE CABLE GUY (if you've seen the movie you get the idea lol) was in my house sitting comfortably, even said "it feels good in here and this chair is so comfortable, I don't want to leave". We experienced a unique situation with a family of foxes who decided to make their residence in the crawl space of our office building. Jay went over and above to resolve the problem by enclosing the crawlspace areas where they were entering, removing all of the vapor barrier (7,800sf) and installing new vapor barrier, and spraying an enzyme treatment. I can't say enough about these Guys! We had a squirrel eat through the wall in our office building and it was just running around inside. Jay was there the next morning and caught it with his hands. Jay went above and beyond! I thought I heard foot steps in our attic so he came out to assess. He was completely honest and said that he didn’t see anything. I came back from vacation to noises in the attic. I called late Saturday evening, expecting to leave a message, and Jay answered. He was here the next day to inspect and the following day to set traps for a raccoon. Once in the clear he came back to set additional traps. They sealed my house to prevent any future entry. He will not leave you until the job is completely finished. Would highly recommend and is the only company I’d call if I have any issues like this again.
