I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. We heard a noise in our attic and really thought we had a mice problem. Jay came out very quickly and did a thorough investigation. Come to find out we didn't have mice, it was just our metal roof expanding and contracting throughout the day. I appreciate Jay's honesty and professionalism very much. I highly recommend Magnolia Wildlife Solutions. I arrived home to find two 2-3 foot snakes surrounded my front door. I was petrified!!!!😬 It wouldn’t have been a issue until my daughter opened the garage door to bypass the snakes. Once she did they separated and one slithered into my garage underneath my car. I figured I’ll never drive again. I had no clue who to call considering it was after hours and everyone was closed for the evening. I looked up magnolia wildlife solutions and Jay was there within 20 minutes. He searched every inch of my garage, attic, and even the hood of my car to locate the slithering creatures. He went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and was very informative and knowledgeable about the breed and habitat of that particular snake. Jay Lanham did an excellent job of humanely getting rid of squirrels in our attic. He was great at communicating everything that needed to be done to get them out & keep them out permanently. He followed up almost every day during the process & would always let me know when he was on the property to check traps or let me know he would be on the roof repairing & sealing up holes or installing screens. Jay was very professional and meticulous in explaining what needed to be done, how much it would cost, what the steps would be to complete the job and why they were necessary. If Jay gives you a quote, he sticks to it regardless of the number of trips and hours he puts in. Magnolia Wildlife/Jay humanely trapped the squirrels in our roof which required several trips to our home at all hours of the day. If I called or texted he responded quickly and came out to empty the trap. Jay is honest, professional, friendly, and outgoing,, an excellent communicator, and hardworking!! These guys are professional and friendly. They listen to you and figure out the best plan to remove the wildlife (for us it was raccoons) and then they make a prevention plan so once removed more wildlife doesn’t come back. Very fair prices. Great response times. Careful of your home and property. They efficiently inspected our home for places rodents could get in or have gotten in, setup shop to remove the raccoons and then did a professional job sealing what needed sealing on the house for wildlife prevention. A very professional operation. Over the course of a couple of weeks, they captured and promptly removed 8 raccoons from outside. They inspected the attic, cleared it of small rodents, made recommendations and installed barriers to prevent future infestations. I am pleased with the investment made to make the house secure.
