I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. He inspected the yard, trees, landscaping, patio grills etc. and even my garage. He even moved bags of mulch where the snake had gone under. Thankfully the snake was gone. Look I called another company for birds in my soffit and they sent the "CRITTER" folks out and dude aka THE CABLE GUY (if you've seen the movie you get the idea lol) was in my house sitting comfortably, even said "it feels good in here and this chair is so comfortable, I don't want to leave". Asking me where I work where my wife works. Asking all kinds of questions and tried to charge me twice what Magnolia quoted me. Dude was so unprofessional. These guys are professional and friendly. They listen to you and figure out the best plan to remove the wildlife (for us it was raccoons) and then they make a prevention plan so once removed more wildlife doesn’t come back. Very fair prices. Great response times. Careful of your home and property. They efficiently inspected our home for places rodents could get in or have gotten in, setup shop to remove the raccoons and then did a professional job sealing what needed sealing on the house for wildlife prevention.
