I was on the way to buy snake repellent because I saw a small snake in my yard while pulling weeds. I saw the truck with advertising on it and called the number from my car, sent Jay a picture which he said was a juvenile copperhead, very venomous. He was at my house within the hour. Look I called another company for birds in my soffit and they sent the "CRITTER" folks out and dude aka THE CABLE GUY (if you've seen the movie you get the idea lol) was in my house sitting comfortably, even said "it feels good in here and this chair is so comfortable, I don't want to leave". Asking me where I work where my wife works. Asking all kinds of questions and tried to charge me twice what Magnolia quoted me. Dude was so unprofessional.
