We experienced a unique situation with a family of foxes who decided to make their residence in the crawl space of our office building. Jay went over and above to resolve the problem by enclosing the crawlspace areas where they were entering, removing all of the vapor barrier (7,800sf) and installing new vapor barrier, and spraying an enzyme treatment. He was always on time, professional and courteous, and took a genuine interest in resolving the problem over and above our satisfaction. Both are in a newer neighborhood, and over the past few years raccoons, squirrels and other critters have settled into our homes as well! Jason and his team made sure my four-legged visitors were safely gone and then installed mesh and other sealing systems so they can’t return! I was kept informed through the process and they were always professional and on time...and no more skittering of little feet over my head!
